Hanging Out

Marissa was so happy when another school day was over with. She went into her room and changed into a skirt and a tank top before grabbing her bag. Rissa started to walk over toward the Student Lounge. She was quite happy that day especially since she got herself a new book from her brother about history. She had it in her bag and once she got into the lounge she sat on the couch with her legs under her. She opened her bag and dug through it while looking for her book. She smiled as she went to the first page and started to read it while once again not paying attention to her surroundings like she did the first time she met George outside of class.

George was bored he jogged to his dorm room and threw his ugly school uniform and threw on a pair sport shorts and over t-shirt basic he did was in his bed clothes but he didn't care. Then he looked around his messy room for his slippers. George finally found then beside his double bed. He slip into. He swears his feet said thank you dude to him. Then George grabbed his cell and ran out his room and jogged to the student's Lounge. Once George was in the room he looked around the huge room there was already a lot students in the room plus a couple of teachers they just there in case of any wrong doing. That when George notice Marissa the girl he met the day before. She didn't had her drawing thing but a thick big book. So he walked over to her. "Hello Marissa, Is this seat taken?" as he stood beside her.

Marissa was loving her book that her brother gave her. Sure it was about history but that was usually the best. Of course she doesn't always read what her brother gives her. Just this one had caught her eye on his bookshelf in his dorm and so she asked him if it was good and he said it was. So here she was reading that book. She didn't even realize that a whole lot of people where in the room as she was so absorbed in her book and that usually happens to Rissa. She looked up when she heard someone talking to her. She noticed that it was George. She then realized that he asked her if the seat next to her was open. She shook her head before saying "Um..sorry no it's not." She smiled at him before patting the seat next to her as she moved a few strands behind her ear.

George felt kind of sad when Marissa said the seat was taken, but then she patted the seat next to her. "You are a joker are you?" Then he smiled back at her and sat down next to her. He wonder what book she was reading. But George had another to asked first. "Hmm Marissa, I was wonder if want to go out sometime, and is your big brother is very protective of you?" as George rubbed his hands over his knees he only dose this when he very nervous about something. "what are you reading?" as he tried to read the tittle of the book, but he couldn't read it how Marissa was holding the book.

Marissa saw his face drop before wondering why as she did say that the seat wasn't taken. She mentally shrugged her head as she saw him sit down. She went back to reading her book as she heard him ask her if she was a joker. She shook her head no before saying "Nope not a joker since I did say that the seat wasn't taken." She smiled lightly at him before going back to her book. She then heard him asking her about going out with her sometime and if Adrian is overprotective. She shrugged her shoulders before saying "I guess we can go out though I was hoping for us to be friends first and eh it mostly depends on him since usually he is." It all mattered to what her brother thinks is protecting her in all honesty. She then heard him asking her what she was reading. She then said "Its about how these two people met before world war two and both got into different camps all only to be reunited with a murder trial. It's quite good." She smiled to herself before going back to reading the book.

George was little disappointed when she they go out, but she wanted be come friends. "Ok we can be come first Marissa." Trying not sound disappointed or upset. Then he play with his cell. Then George her say the book was about. It sounded a good book. "Maybe you lend me the book sometime.?" As he looked at his cell again. to hide his disappoint of not going out with Marissa soon.
